Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will attend the inaugural session of the two-day 11th plenary of the Indian Journalists Union (IJU), to be held at Thummalapallivari Kshetrayya Kalakshetram in Vijayawada on Saturday and Sunday (March 28 and 29, 2026). In a statement, the union’s State President I.V. Subba Rao and General Secretary K. Jaya Raj said that around 300 elected representatives will attend the event, which will deliberate on the problems faced by the media and working journalists in the country. President of IJU and chairman of the Media Academy of Telangana K. Sreenivasa Reddy will preside over the meeting.
