Pawan Kalyan’s clean image set to boost party’s chances in local body elections: JSP leader

Jana Sena Party (JSP) leader Avanapu Vikram on Wednesday said that JSP President and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan’s clean image and effective administration of his portfolios— Panchayat Raj and Rural Development— would ensure decent victories for the party in the forthcoming municipal corporation, ZPTC, and MPTC elections which are likely to be held soon.

Addressing the media here, he said that in 2026 the party’s network is further strengthened at the grassroots level with many sarpanches, councillors, corporators and others from Vizianagaram and Srikakulam districts joining the party. He added that local party leaders would soon take up a special membership drive soon as per the directives of the party high command.
