A 22-year-old youth and a 17-year-old girl have been arrested by the Jawaharnagar police, Malkajgiri Commissionerate, for the murder of the latter’s mother whose body was buried inside their home nearly a year ago. Police said D. Anju, 40, a domestic worker from Alwal, was murdered at her residence on May 12 last year. The crime surfaced during the investigation of a missing person case registered later that year after she failed to return home.
