KARTHIKEYAN First randomisation of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) and Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail (VVPATs) machines for the seven Assembly constituencies in Dindigul district and the four Assembly constituencies in Theni district was carried out on Wednesday. The process was done in the presence of District Election Officer and Dindigul Collector S. Saravanan and District Election Officer and Theni Collector Ranjeet Singh respectively in the presence of other officials and representatives of recognised political parties. In Dindigul district there are a total of 2,301 polling stations across the seven Assembly constituencies. A total of 339 in Palani; 314 in Oddanchatram; 341 in Athoor; 305 in Nilakottai; 359 in Natham; 316 in Dindigul and 327 in Vedasandur.
