The police have launched an investigation after a man from Sholayur in Kerala’s Palakkad district was found dead in suspicious circumstances in a reserve forest area near Anaikatti in Coimbatore district, Tamil Nadu. The deceased has been identified as M. Mayilan (56), a resident of Vechapathy at Sholayur.
