File. | Photo Credit: SHIV KUMAR PUSHPAKAR The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) issued a notice on Tuesday (March 24, 2026) to the Delhi government over a recent fire incident in Palam that claimed the lives of nine members of a family and injured three others. The fire that erupted in a four-storey building in Palam on March 18 was allegedly due to a short circuit.
