PUDUKOTTAI The Election Commission of India has appointed General and Expenditure Observers besides a Police Observer for Pudukottai district. Chhotay Singh is the General Observer for the Pudukottai and Thirumayam Assembly constituencies and Nayana Arjun Gunde is the General Observer for Alangudi and Aranthangi constituencies.
