The textile industry has welcomed the DGFT notification issued on Monday restoring the complete benefits that were available for exporters under the Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) scheme. The Chairman of the Southern India Mills’ Association, Durai Palanisamy said this was a timely intervention that addressed the concerns of the industry.
