Water level in Mullaperiyar dam was 113.80 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 12 cusecs and a discharge of 278 cusecs. The level in Vaigai dam was 33.33 ft. (71 ft.) with an inflow of 87 cusecs and a discharge of 72 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 1,745.88 mcft.
