Traffic curbs, diversions in place for Bannari Mariamman temple festival in Erode

In view of the annual festival at the Arulmigu Bannari Mariamman Temple in Sathyamangalam taluk on March 31, the district police have announced traffic diversions and special arrangements to regulate vehicular movement and ensure the safety of devotees.

According to a release, traffic restrictions will be in force from 9 a.m. on March 30 to 6 p.m. on March 31. Vehicles proceeding from Sathyamangalam towards Mysuru via Bannari and Hasanur will be diverted through Vadakku Pettai, D.G. Pudur, Naal Road, Kadambur, Germalam, Arepalayam and Hasanur.
