The Regional Meteorological Centre will organise open house meetings at its campuses across the city on Monday in view of World Meteorological Day. The observatory offices in Nungambakkam, Meenambakkam, and the doppler weather radar facility on Rajaji Salai will be open to the public between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Monday. Moreover, a meteorological exhibition covering this year’s theme ‘Observing today, protecting tomorrow’ and recent weather events will be held at the Nungambakkam office.
