Distribution of Form 12D commences in Kanniyakumari district, for the eligible senior citizens above 85 years and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) to cast their votes through postal ballot in the upcoming assembly elections. A total of 9,722 elderly persons above 85 years have been identified across six constituencies in the district. This includes 2,701 individuals in Kanniyakumari, 1,728 in Nagercoil, 1,473 in Colachel, 1,779 in Padmanabhapuram, 994 in Vilavancode and 1,047 in Killiyoor constituency.
