Applications invited for election duty from retired police officers

In view of the Tamil Nadu Assembly Election scheduled to be held on April 23, the police department has invited applications from retired police officers, police constables, ex-servicemen, and former paramilitary personnel willing to serve in election-related duties.

Interested individuals have been asked to contact the Election Cell Inspector at the office of the Joint Commissioner of Police in their respective zones and register their name and address on or before March 26. The selected personnel will be paid the remuneration as fixed by the government.
