WARANGAL Sharing his journey of perseverance in the UPSC examination, Atla Tharun Teja (AIR-123) said that determination and clarity of goals can help anyone achieve success, adding that he had failed four times before achieving his rank. He participated in the 13th anniversary celebrations of Sulakshya Seva Samithi, a voluntary organisation, at Sri Vyasa Avasam here on Thursday. Warrant Officer of the Indian Air Force (IAF) Anil Kumar Tripathi appreciated the efforts of NGOs like Sulakshya in contributing to societal stability. Traditional dishes such as Bhakshalu, Ugadi Pachadi, and Pulihora were served to children at the venue. Founder-president of Sulakshya, Santhosh Manduva, members Saikiran Vangala, Kodam Vinay, and others took part in the event.
