Daksh Foundation and Sethu Pranic Healing and Wellness Centre, organised a session on Pranic healing for the staff of The Hindu at its office on Tuesday.

The programme aimed to introduce participants to the concept of energy healing and its role in improving physical, emotional and mental well-being. The session was conducted by senior Pranic healing Instructor R. Pavan Kumar, who led an interactive discussion on the principles and applications of Pranic healing.

Explaining the science behind the practice, Mr. Pavan Kumar said that Pranic healing is an advanced and holistic form of energy healing that uses life- force energy to cleanse, energise and balance the human energy system. He explained how Pranic healing can be used in everyday situations, including relief from body aches, emotional stress, sleep disturbances, fatigue, as well as to support immunity and to maintain overall health.

Speaking on the occasion, secretary of Daksh Foundation, Mr. Somayajulu, stressed the growing relevance of Pranic healing in today’s competitive, stressful and fast-paced lifestyles. He said that the practice is gaining acceptance among people from different walks of life, as it helps reduce stress, improves focus, and enhances emotional stability. He added that such sessions play an important role in promoting wellness and positive living in both personal and professional spaces.
