MANJUNATH The Alva’s Nudisiri-Virasat unit of Mangaluru will organise a cultural extravaganza, Alva’s Samskrutika Vaibhava, on Saturday in Mangaluru. Alva’s Education Foundation chairman M. Mohan Alva told reporters here on Wednesday that the programme, dedicated to the late N. Vinay Hegde, would be organised at the Karavali Utsava Grounds in Lalbagh from 6.15 p.m. There would be a formal function for 45 minutes to be attended by Dakshina Kannada Member of Parliament Capt. Brijesh Chowta and MLA for Mangaluru City South D. Vedavyasa Kamath, after which the cultural programmes would begin.
