As of Wednesday (March 18), in all the four Assembly Constituencies – Paramakudi, Thiruvadavani, Ramanathapuram and Mudukulathur – of the Ramanathapuram district, starting from the Sunday (March 15), a total of ₹26,00,750 worth cash, liquor and drugs were seized by police, Flying Squad Team and Static Surveillance Teams, combined. As per the official data, FST teams seized cash worth ₹1.34 lakh from Paramakudi AC, ₹2.74 lakh from Thiruvadanai AC, ₹12.15 lakh from Ramanathapuram AC and ₹53,620 from Mudukulathur AC.
