The ruling National Democratic Alliance and INDIA bloc are expected to firm up their positions on alliance for Assembly polls by Wednesday night.

The BJP’s Parliamentary Board would discuss issues raised by its ally All India N R Congress within the NDA and decide on its candidates. Though the AINRC and the BJP have decided to contest 16 and 14 seats respectively in the 30-member Legislative Assembly, there was no unanimity on the inclusion of Latchiya Jananayaga Katchi in the NDA front.
