Alagumeena announced that upcoming assembly election’s general and expenditure observers have been deployed for the district. The general observers for the six assembly constituencies of Kanniyakumari district are as follows: Subhashree Nanda for Kanniyakumari, P. Aboobacker Siddique for Nagercoil, Ramdinliani for Colachel, Priyanka Basu Ingty for Padmanabhapuram, Om Prakash Rai for Vilavancode and Manoj Kumar for Killiyoor assembly constituency.
