Revanth Reddy and TPCC president Mahesh Kumar Goud on Tuesday night called on AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge in New Delhi. Mr. Revanth Reddy and Mr. Mahesh Goud left for New Delhi after attending the Assembly and Council sessions. Their meeting came in the backdrop of recent election of Abhishek Manu Singhvi and the Chief Minister’s advisor Vem Narender Reddy to the Rajya Sabha from Telangana. The two leaders were accompanied by Mr. Vem Narender Reddy and other party MPs — Mallu Ravi, Suresh Shetkar and Balram Naik. During the interaction, Mr. Kharge congratulated Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. The CM and PCC chief discussed current political developments and the State’s political situation with the AICC president. Earlier, the Chief Minister, PCC president, and the MPs’ delegation also met AICC general secretary K.C. Venugopal.
