As part of its ongoing crackdown on hoarding and black marketing, the Crime Branch’s Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Cell conducted a raid on the godown of Guruji Indane Gas Service and seized 610 commercial LPG cylinders of different firms such as Indane, Bharat Gas, and Hindustan Petroleum. “The owner is an authorised distributor, but storing cylinders of different companies is a clear violation of the LPG (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Order and provisions of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955,” DCP (Crime-I) Sanjeev Kumar Yadav said.
