The festival will be conducted by the Bangalore University Science Forum (BUSF) in collaboration with PM-USHA, under the theme “Women in Science: Catalysing Viksit Bharat”. As part of the festival, six postgraduate science departments of the university will host national-level seminars, research presentations, and academic discussions. The event aims to provide a dynamic platform for scientific learning, knowledge exchange, and interaction among researchers, academicians, and students. Several competitions will also be organised for students, including science model competitions, science poster presentations, quizzes, and essay writing competitions. The participation fee has been fixed at ₹100 per competition for Bangalore University students and ₹200 for students from other institutions. The festival will also offer an opportunity for students, teachers, and the general public to visit the science museums and collections of the Botany, Zoology, and Geology departments. Visitors can explore biodiversity collections, biological specimens, and geological exhibits. Entry to the festival is open to all, and no entry fee will be charged. S.R. Niranjana, vice-chairman, Karnataka State Higher Education Council, and Shivaprasad S. M., professor at IIT Dharwad, will participate as chief guests.
