Chittoor-based industrialist Kattamanchi Govardhan Bobby has been re-elected as South Zone chairman of AIFPA. | Photo Credit: Arrangement Chittoor-based industrialist Kattamanchi Govardhan Bobby was re-elected as South Zone chairman of All India Food Processors’ Association (AIFPA) for a second term at its 81st national annual meeting held in New Delhi on Friday. The tenure of the post is three years. With the completion of his first term, Mr. Bobby was unanimously chosen again by members of the association. Mr. Bobby is the first person from the Telugu States to hold the post. Speaking to the media, he said the association, established in 1943, represents the food processing industry and that he would take up the issues faced by the sector with the State and Central governments.
