Officials of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) detected several irregularities during a surprise inspection at the District Government Hospital in Medak town on Friday. The inspection was carried out by ACB officials of the Medak range at the hospital’s medical reimbursement section, where multiple procedural lapses and record-keeping deficiencies were found.
