Addressing the 8th convocation ceremony of Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, Ms. Gupta said the country is no longer only talking about women’s rights but is now focusing on women-led development as a key driver of national progress. “Our country is not just talking about advancing women’s rights and the development of the nation, but the country is now looking at women-led development,” she said.
