Season 8 of Mysore Fashion Week to be held from March 13 to March 15

The eighth season of the Mysore Fashion Week (MFW) will be held at Silent Shores Resort in Mysuru from March 13 to 15.

Led by designer and fashion entrepreneur Jayanthi Ballal, Mysore Fashion Week is a platform that brings together designers, brands, models and fashion lovers while promoting Mysore on India’s fashion map.

Across three days, the runway at the fashion event will host collections from designers such as Rosy Ahluwalia, Riyaz Ganji, Rehan Shah, Aynaa World, Suresh Menon, Bhargavi Kunam, Kingshuk Bhadhuri and Pankaj Soni alongside showcases by emerging design talent.

“Adding star power to the ramp will be celebrity showstoppers, including Mannara Chopra, Ritu Shivpuri, Anupriya Goenka, Chaithra J. Achar, Roshni Prakash, Suraj Gowda, and Aditi Pohankar, with several more appearances to be announced,” the statement said.

The runway will also feature Indian models, including Iris Maity, Deepti Gujral, Anita Kumar, Rhea Sukheja, Parul Mishra, Khushboo Kankan, Pankhuri Gidwani, along with male models such as Vaibhav Maurya, Ubaid Shah, Faizan Khan.

“Beyond the runway, the show will feature Timex Model Hunt auditions of Mumbai and Bengaluru, designer panels, branded experience zones and high-profile networking gatherings, bringing together fashion, lifestyle and luxury under one glamorous umbrella,” the statement said.

Ms. Jayanthi Ballal said the show promises to be an “extremely colourful edition characterised by a collection of styled clothing, celebrity moments and brand experience”.
