JOTHI RAMALINGAM Chennai Metro Rail has requested the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety (CCRS), New Delhi, to relax the restrictions imposed on frequency and speed on the upcoming phase II section from Poonamallee to Vadapalani stretch which is to be opened shortly. According to officials of Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL), CCRS Janak Kumar Garg, inspected this stretch a few days back and held discussions with them.
