BRS leaders submitting a memorandum to South Central Railway General Manager S.K. Srivatsava in Hyderabad on Monday. HYDERABAD A delegation of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) led by former MP B. Vinod Kumar and comprising former MLAs Dasyam Vinay Bhaskar, Aroori Ramesh and others have requested the South Central Railway General Manager S.K. Srivatsava to give employment to those who parted with their lands for the Kazipet Railway Coach Factory, to create Kazipet Railway Division and others. Speaking after meeting the General Mamanger at Rail Nilayam here on Monday, Mr. Vinod Kumar requested the former to extend a package similar to the one given to the land oustees of Latur Railway Coach Factory in Maharashtra. Mr. Srivatsava clarified to the BRS delegation that it was the railway coach factory that was coming up at Kazipet after being upgraded from the wagon factory. The delegation submitted a memorandum to Mr. Srivatsava on the need to arrange/construct railway overbridges and foot overbridges at several places in the combined Warangal district. Mr. Vinod Kumar stated that the GM had responded positively to their requests. Meanwhile, Malkajgiri MLA Marri Rajashekhar Reddy (BRS) also met the SCR-GM separately and requested the latter to make his constituency railway-gate free. He urged the GM to sanction railway underbridges at all level crossings in the constituency and change the railway overbridge (ROB) proposed at Bolarum railway station (LC 250) as railway underbridge RUB. Further, he asked the railway authorities to speed up work on RUBs in Turkapally, Jayapriya-Macha Bolarum, Vajpayee Nagar and Safilguda areas.
