This is a major festival of the famous temple attracting devotees from various places to Samayapuram. The festival commenced in the early hours with ‘Vigneswarar pujai’, “punyakavajanam”, “vasthu santhi” and “ankurarpanam” followed by “kaapu kattuthal’ for Amman.
