Kandasamy on Saturday launched the Kalvi40 digital programme in 10 government schools in the Perundurai block under the State government’s “Namma School Namma Ooru Palli” scheme. The programme was inaugurated at a function held at the Erode Collectorate. The Kalvi40 Digital Programme, an initiative of the School Education Department, aims to strengthen digital infrastructure in government schools and provide technology-based learning to students. The initiative seeks to enhance the quality of education and reduce the digital divide by promoting digital learning in classrooms. Officials said the programme would also help improve students’ language skills and support their overall development along with providing technology-enabled education.
