PERIASAMY The Mahila court in Coimbatore will pronounce on Saturday (March 7, 2026) the judgment in the case related to the gang-rape of a college student by three men near the Coimbatore International Airport on the intervening night of November 2 and 3, 2025. T. Karuppasamy alias Satheesh, 30, his brother T. Kaleeswaran alias Karthik, 21, both natives of Singampunari in Sivaganga district, and their distant relative M. Guna alias Thavasi, 20, of Madurai district are the three accused in the case. The three men, who are in judicial remand in the Coimbatore Central Prison, will be produced before the court in the morning, and Judge (in-charge) V. Sundararaj will deliver the judgment.
