However, the polls coinciding with the summer are putting cadre of political parties and members of public to lot of inconvenience due to the scorching sun. At the NDA meeting on March 1, addressed by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, and AIADMK general secretary, Edappadi K. Palaniswami, the gathering had a tough time putting up with the hot conditions. With the Prime Minister being accorded the highest scale of security, the police left no stones unturned with respect to security measures.
