Water level in Mullaperiyar dam on Thursday stood at 116.10 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 3 cusecs and a discharge of 444 cusecs. The level in Vaigai dam was 40.52 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 137 cusecs and a discharge of 972 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 2,606.44 mcft.
