A case has been registered against an event organiser in Kukatpally following a complaint that a Holi event advertised with celebrity appearances and food arrangements failed to deliver on its promises. According to police, the complaint was lodged by Sheela Arjun, who alleged that N. Sai Kumar, had publicised a Holi event titled, Radha Krishna Utsav 2.0, scheduled to be held between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on March 4 at Kaithalapur grounds in Kukatpally.
