Loyola School, Kozhikode, on Wednesday (March 4, 2026) organised an event at which 1,000 unique handwritten books authored by its students were launched simultaneously. Each student produced their own manuscript, managing everything from the creative content, including poems, travelogues and illustrations, to the final cover design. Principal Fr. Roy Alex and PTA president Ashik Krishnan said the initiative was the culmination of a year’s effort, supported by the school policy of setting aside a specific period solely for reading.
