Infrastructure projects to the tune of ₹110 crore were inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Pondicherry University during his recent visit to Puducherry. In a release on Wednesday, the university said the projects that the Prime Minister inaugurated included annex buildings of the Departments of Physics, Chemistry, two lecture halls, residential quarters for faculty and staff, girls’ hostels on the main campus and at Karaikal.
