A smart drinking water management system integrated with IoT technology and automatic chlorination was commissioned at 16 overhead water storage tanks in Punjai Palatholuvu panchayat under the Chennimalai Union in Erode recently. The initiative was implemented with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) support from Severn Glocon Valves under the AquaMAP programme of the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. The system was deployed and integrated by Real Tech GPS Private Limited.
