Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM) – Tiruchi has established the Parasuraman Centre for Citizen-Centric Service Excellence (PCCCSE) aimed at improving the overall quality of public life and institutional design. According to an official press release, the centre was launched during BIM’s Agentic AI conclave held at Indian Institute of Technology – Madras on Monday by Ravi Appasamy, chairman, BIM Board of Governors, and A. Parasuraman, emeritus professor of Marketing, and James W. McLamore, Chair Emeritus, Miami Herbert Business School, University of Miami.
