Trains on the Visakhapatnam – Srikakulam – Tilaru route were delayed by over five hours, after gas leaked from a tanker of a goods train, carrying LPG tankers, at Tilaru railway station on Tuesday evening. The guard of the goods train detected that LPG was leaking and stopped the train. The incident occurred around 3.30 p.m. and officials informed the HPCL authorities and Fire Department. Fire tenders rushed to the spot, but luckily there was no fire.
