Read the story to find more details. | Photo Credit: PTI As the country gears up to celebrate the 77th Republic Day, the online and offline ticket sale for Republic Day Parade, Beating the Retreat (Full Dress Rehearsal) and Beating the Retreat began on (Monday) January 5, 2026, with January 14 being the last date. This year’s Republic Day Parade, which is expected to draw a large crowd, will feature a spectacular display of India’s military strength and rich exhibition of the state tableaus. While, Beating the Retreat ceremony has been scheduled on (Thursday) January 29, 2026 . The ticket price for Beating the Retreat (Full Dress Rehearsal) is ₹20, while for the Republic Day Parade, the price is fixed between ₹20 and ₹100. The ticket sales will begin at 9 a.m. and continue until the quota for the day is exhausted. Where to buy online tickets? The online tickets for attending the Republic Day Parade can be obtained directly from Aamantran Website i.e. www.aamantran.mod.gov.in. Offline ticket counters Tickets can also be purchased from offline counters at the following six locations upon presentation of an original photo ID card, such as an Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport and ID card issued by Central/State Govt., etc. The same Photo ID Card shall be carried for attending Republic Day ceremony, the Beating the Retreat (Full Dress Rehearsal), and the Beating the Retreat.
