‘Election officials should go by the rule book in conducting election’

Collector V. Saravanan, who is also the District Election Officer of Tiruchi, on Tuesday said that Returning Officers and election officials should strictly go by the rule book in taking decisions while conducting the Assembly election.

He was speaking at the inaugural of a training programme held here for election officials appointed for Assembly constituencies in the eight districts in Central Zone and district-level and State-level master trainers.
