Over 30,000 students from 248 government, aided, and private schools across Cuddalore district appeared for the Plus Two examinations which began on Monday. The language examination was conducted across 161 centres, including private ones. The examination was held from 10 a.m. to 1.15 p.m. The district administration had made elaborate arrangements in all the centres. Over 2,000 invigilators were in charge to ensure the smooth progress of the exam. A 250-member flying squad was deployed to deter malpractices. A total of 22,516 candidates appeared for the examination at 109 centres in Villupuram district.
