Six schools and three branches of two banks in Delhi received bomb threats through e-mails on Monday, which were later in the day declared as a “hoax” after thorough inspections, officials of the Delhi Fire Services said. The schools that received threats are Army Public School in Delhi Cantonment, Salwan Public School, Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, Mira Public School in Janakpuri, Ramjas Public School and Ramjas School in Rajendra Nagar, while the affected banks are Axis Bank branch in Connaught Place and two branches of State Bank of India at AIIMS and Shahdara, they added.
