A 30-year-old construction worker from West Bengal died on Monday after falling from the second floor of an under-construction tenement project in Washermanpet. The deceased, S. Gokul, was among a group of labourers employed for the apartment project being executed by the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board on East Cemetery Road.
