File Telangana Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageshwara Rao is stranded in Dubai following the suspension of flight operations at Dubai International Airport amid escalating tensions in the Middle East (West Asia). Sources said that Mr. Rao had gone to Dubai five days ago to visit an ailing relative undergoing treatment at a Dubai-based hospital. He is expected to return to India soon after the resumption of the flight operations, sources added. Several people from Telangana reportedly got stuck in Dubai and various other airports across the Middle East following flight cancellations and airspace restrictions due to escalating West Asia conflict.
