Iran-Israel conflict updates on March 1, 2026 The Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency service said: “In the Beit Shemesh area, MDA EMTs and paramedics have pronounced the deaths of six casualties”, as well as 23 injuries, with police saying it was a direct hit on a building. These fatalities bring the total death toll in Israel from the latest confrontation with arch foe Iran to seven.
