Sunjay Kapur, late Chairman, Sona Comstar | Photo Credit: The Hindu In a significant development in the high-stakes inheritance dispute over the estate of late industrialist Sunjay Kapur, the Delhi High Court has allowed his two children with former wife, actor Karisma Kapoor, and his mother, Rani Kapur, to inspect the original Will, which is kept in a sealed cover with the court registry. In an order passed on February 26, Joint Registrar (Judicial) Gagandeep Jindal rejected objections raised by Ms. Priya Kapur, in whose favour the Will purportedly bequeaths all of the late industrialist’s personal assets, against scrutiny of the document.
