Jayaranjan, and others were present. | Photo Credit: SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Tamil Nadu State Land Use Research Board (TNSLURB), under the State Planning Commission, and the World Resource Institute (India) (WRI) to improve the planning and management of the rapidly growing rural and suburban areas in Tamil Nadu.
