Eleven arrested as Cyberabad cyber crime police detect eight cases in a week

Eleven persons were arrested in connection with eight cybercrime cases detected by the cyber crime wing of Cyberabad police between February 20 and 26, 2026.

As per the data shared by the police, seven of the eight cases are trading frauds and nine of the 11 arrests were linked to trading scams. Investigators said the accused operated across multiple States, using layered banking channels and shell entities to siphon off and conceal cheated funds.
