Three buses involved in pile-up at Patancheru, one passenger injured

A passenger sustained minor injuries while several others escaped unharmed in a three-vehicle pile-up at Rudraram bus stop on the National Highway 65 (NH-65) in Patancheru on Saturday morning.

The accident was reported around 11.30 a.m. when a Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) bus travelling from Sangareddy to Patancheru halted at Rudraram bus stop for passengers to alight and board the bus. While it was stationary, a private bus allegedly being driven in a rash and negligent manner, rammed into it from behind. Moments later, a Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation bus collided with the rear of the private bus, resulting in a chain collision.
